We had a Fantastic time this year bringing 14 students with us to share the fun.
Everyone one had a great time at the seminars on saturday.
Ms. Ison had the men sweating in her 8:00 am yoga class.
we experienced some different styles and found it interesting to meet new people and witness their teaching methods.
Saturday night we all got gussied up and hit the banquet hall.
Great food and good company!
  
 
Sunday morning we got our uniforms on and put our competition faces on.
Ju jitsu started the day and we were extremely victorious!
It was the most exciting part of our weekend, watching our students
test their skills on the mat.
What a great weekend. We would like to thank all the members of the Alliance for such a wonderful get together.
And we look forward to next year!!!!
