Descriptions:
A.M. - This class is a much more classic approach to yoga. Gentle.
Geared toward lighter movement and stretching.
Great for the beginner and intermediate student ,
or those looking for a beautiful way to greet their body for the day.
Rockin Vinyasa- Our most popular class. We definitely get into our bodies during
this class. 65 minutes of warmth, music, and movement.
Good for any level practioner. We jam out during a moving flow yoga class
with everyday tunes to help inspire us. Take every class to your own level
Forrest Yoga - This class will have you getting to know your body on a deeper level.
Holding poses a little longer and breathing deep are signature tell tales of the Forrest style.
Come on in and see what your made of.

For these classes we will crank up the heat and humidity in order to totally DETOX.
You will stretch your muscles, come into your power and detox both physically and emotionally.

A minimum of 6 students will be required to run these classes.
Please bring a re-usable water bottle, a small hand towel and comfortable clothes.
This practice works best on an empty stomach and please refrain from wearing perfume and or strongly scented body lotions.
